Campaign review
Drafts and submitted projects are private until approved. Every submission needs a clear description, creator identity, authorised cover image, funding goal, future deadline, itemised budget and risk disclosure. Approval does not guarantee delivery, funding or success.
Use of funds and accountability
Creators must describe what contributions would fund, identify foreseeable risks and provide project updates. Misleading claims, unauthorised content and fabricated funding figures are not permitted. Campaigns may be rejected or paused during review.
Funding model and currency
Campaign planning currently uses USD. Whether creators keep funds if the goal is missed, how funds are released, and supported countries and currencies must be confirmed before contributions open. No money can currently be collected.
Payment and platform fees
No fees have been set or approved. Provider charges, any platform fee, currency-conversion costs and the amount available to the creator must be disclosed before checkout is enabled. No payment provider is connected to this crowdfunding feature.
Contribution terms and refunds
Refund eligibility, cancellation rules, failed-goal handling, dispute procedures and responsibility for delivery require owner approval and legal review before launch. Contributions are not available until these terms are published. No purchase, reward entitlement or tax-deductible donation is promised.
Verified progress
Funding progress and contributor counts must reflect confirmed successful payments, not pledges, failed checkouts or sample data. Refunded payments are excluded. Repeated payment notifications must not count twice.
Privacy and public recognition
Supporter contact and payment records are private and accessible only to the supporter and authorised administrators. Public recognition is optional and must never expose email addresses. Anonymous support must not disclose a supporter’s name. Published campaigns display the creator name and biography supplied for that purpose.
Drafts and records
Drafts, review decisions and project updates are stored in Lovable Cloud. Signed-in creators can access their own submissions. Moderation is recorded for accountability. Retention periods and final jurisdiction-specific terms remain subject to owner approval.
